Can I transfer my subscription to a new owner?

A Uneekor software subscription can only be transferred to another account, when it is alongside the transfer of the launch monitor it is associated with—that is, the relevant launch monitor must be transferred in order to transfer the subscription license.

To transfer your launch monitor and software licenses, or add on, please follow the steps listed on the License Transfer Process page.

Kindly note the following:

• Both parties must create a Uneekor account (if not already)
• The license transfer process must be initiated through the Uneekor account the launch monitor is registered to (hereon referred to as current license owner)
• The license transfer process includes a transfer fee of $100 per launch monitor, and/or $50 per add on, to be paid by the current license owner
• To transfer software licenses, a launch monitor must be selected
• If the option to select a launch monitor or add on does not appear, ensure the launch monitor or add on is registered to the private seller's Uneekor account; product registration is done through the Uneekor Launcher management software, which can be downloaded from our website's Resources page

Upon selecting a launch monitor to transfer on the license transfer page, there will be Bundled licenses and may be Optional licenses available.

• Bundled licenses are tied to the listed serial number and are mandatory to transfer with the selected launch monitor
• Optional licenses can be selected to include alongside the current transfer if desired; if not selected, they will not be transferred—to transfer them at another point in time, this process must be reinitiated with a different launch monitor under the account

Once complete, the ownership of the selected launch monitor and software licenses, and/or add on will automatically be transferred from the current license owner to the new license owner, and should only take a matter of minutes.
