How do I initiate a return or repair process for my launch monitor?
Return
To initiate a return for Uneekor products purchased directly through Uneekor, we kindly request that you fill out the Return Form. Once submitted, our Sales-Finance team (salesfinance@uneekor.com) will manually review the request, and should reach out to you with next steps within 1-3 business days.
As for Uneekor products purchased through an authorized reseller, please contact them to initiate a return.
Repair
* Launch monitor only
Before you have your out-of-warranty launch monitor repaired, we encourage you to first have our Tech Support team diagnose it through an appointment (if you have not done so already), where they can remote-connect to your PC to see if there is anything to be done on the software side.
If the issue is not fixed during the complimentary troubleshooting session (or if you would like to skip it outright), then you can certainly send it in for a repair. Instructions on the process are outlined below—make sure to copy & paste the information and address it to our Tech Support team at support@uneekor.com.

Once we receive your launch monitor, we will begin the diagnostic process to determine the repair cost.
Repair Process
Diagnostic Fee:
- A $450.00 USD diagnostic fee will be charged.
- This fee covers shipping (within the 48 continental United States) and the diagnostic evaluation of your Uneekor product.
Repair Estimate:
- After diagnostics, you will receive a detailed estimate for the total cost of the repair.
Approval for Repairs:
- If you approve the repair cost, we will collect payment and begin the repair process.
Declined Repairs:
- If you decline the repair, the product will be returned to you as-is after collecting the $450 diagnostic fee.
Repair Warranty
All repairs are covered by a 90-day repair warranty, starting from the day you receive the repaired product.
