How do I install the Balance Optix® system?

Please follow the Balance Optix® Setup Guide. This guide will assist you with the installation process.

1. Connect the Balance Optix® mat to your PC using the included USB-to-Ethernet adapter. Your launch monitor should already be plugged into your PC's onboard Ethernet port.
2. Proceed to the Install Wizard in the Uneekor Launcher management software and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Balance Optix® mat.
3. During step 2 of the install for the Balance Optix® mat, select the actual Ethernet that your Balance Optix® mat is connected to from the dropdown menu. If you’ve connected your launch monitor to your onboard Ethernet port and the Balance Optix® mat to your USB-to-Ethernet adapter, then typically, the Balance Optix® mat would be under the Ethernet 2 option.
4. After setting up the Balance Optix® mat, verify if your launch monitor is being detected on the Uneekor Launcher management software's Start page. If not, return to the Install Wizard and repeat the setup process for your launch monitor.
5. During step 2 of the install for your launch monitor, select the actual Ethernet that your launch monitor is connected to from the dropdown menu. If you’ve followed the previous steps correctly, then typically, the launch monitor would be under the Ethernet option.

After following these steps, you should be able to utilize the full breadth of Uneekor's Performance Optix™ technology alongside your launch monitor!
