How do I resolve accuracy or calibration issues with Balance Optix®?

To adjust the sensitivity of your Balance Optix® mat, go to the Settings page in VIEW, enter the System tab, and configure the slider for the "Balance Optix" option (VIEW version 2025.3.3 onward only).

Calibration is done at the manufacturing facility, and cannot be changed by a user or even a Uneekor technician. If you are experiencing calibration issues, we encourage you to send a video of the issue to the Technical Support team at support@uneekor.com for further assistance.
