How do I resolve accuracy or calibration issues with Balance Optix®?

To adjust the sensitivity of your Balance Optix® mat, go to the Settings page in VIEW, enter the System tab, and configure the slider for the Balance Optix option (VIEW version 2025.3.3 onward only).

Calibration is done at the manufacturing facility, and thus cannot be changed by a user or even a Uneekor technician. If you are experiencing calibration issues (i.e., sensors showing an uneven weight when it shouldn't), then we encourage you to send a video of the issue to the Customer Experience team at support@uneekor.com for further assistance.
