How do I update the firmware or software for Balance Optix®?

Software Update

To update VIEW (where you use Balance Optix®), follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu (top-right) within Uneekor Launcher
  2. Enter the Software menu, then select VIEW
  3. Under the Updates section, make sure the Installed Version matches the Public Version; if not, then click the Update button to begin updating
