I no longer have Third-party Connector access!

Check your Uneekor account's Inventory page. It is likely that either your complimentary trial or annual subscription has expired.

If either of these is the case, then you will need to subscribe to a new software package (Pro Package, Champion Package, or Ultimate Package) to regain access to Third-party Connector (third-party golf software sold separately).

Uneekor launch monitors purchased prior to our subscription price model taking effect (March 7, 2024) should be grandfathered into perpetual licensing for VIEW and Third-party Connector (and potentially REFINE+ or REFINE, if purchased separately at that time).

If this is the case for you, yet your account shows you do not have perpetual licenses for these, then please reach out to Customer Experience at support@uneekor.com for assistance with fixing this. Don't forget to attach your proof of purchase and serial number!
