My ball & club data seems off!
If you are using an overhead launch monitor, then please make sure it has been calibrated properly.
Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the firmware/driver, as these have been fine-tuned over time to capture data as accurately as possible.
If the above steps do not make a difference, then please submit your shot data feedback through VIEW, so our shot data analysts may investigate the problem further.
If you encounter any questionable shot data, ghost reads (sim interprets ball strike where there was none), or no reads (sim does not interpret ball strike when it should have), you can submit your feedback alongside a diagnostic report in VIEW.
To submit your feedback, take a break from swinging—the report only uploads the last shot taken in VIEW—then follow the steps below:
- Click on the Feedback button located in the top-right corner of VIEW
- Enter your name and email address if they are not already filled in
- From the Description drop-down menu, select Misread, No read
- In the large text field, provide a detailed description of the questionable shot data you encountered
- Click on the Send button to submit your feedback
Once that's done, you can continue taking swings. Our shot analysis team will review your feedback and reach out if they identify anything that needs to be addressed. Your input helps us refine and enhance the launch monitor driver, ensuring greater accuracy for you and the entire community.
