My launch monitor is unresponsive or frozen!

There are a few different causes that we have seen commonly result in this issue. To address these potential causes, follow these general troubleshooting tips:
  • Make sure that the launch monitor connection is not going through an adapter or hub, but is instead connected directly to the PC's onboard Ethernet port.
  • Double-check that there is no antivirus installed on the PC, as certain antiviruses falsely flag our software as a virus, stripping the PC of software files necessary for the launch monitor to function. You can instead use the built-in Windows Security antivirus, which we are approved with.
  • Ensure that the static IP of the Ethernet port is set to 172.16.1.10 - 172.16.1.100, or automatically configured by the Uneekor Launcher management software's Install Wizard. You can follow the guide here to configure it manually.
  • Reinstall the Uneekor Launcher management software and other Uneekor software by following the My software won't start after an update! article, to ensure there are no corrupted files inhibiting the launch monitor from running properly.
