Connectivity issues
- Please make sure that the launch monitor connection is not going through an adapter or hub but is instead connected directly to the PC.
- Make sure that there is no antivirus installed on the PC, as that can strip the PC of files necessary for the launch monitor to function.
- Make sure that the static IP of the ethernet port is set to 172.16.1.100, or automatically configured by the Uneekor Launcher during the Install process. You can follow the guide here to configure it manually.
- This may be an issue with the Firewall blocking the communication between the launch monitor and the computer; this typically happens after using the software for some time.
- Open the Uneekor Launcher software
- Go to the Help page
- Click Apply firewall and network settings
- Restart your PC
