My software won't start after an update!
If your Uneekor software fails to start after an update, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.
- Run system scans for your PC
To ensure your PC is running smoothly, please run a system scan by following the steps below:- Navigate to "C:\Uneekor" within File Explorer
- Right-click on Tool_RepairWindows, then select Run as administrator and accept the prompt; once the initial scan is complete, you will receive 1 of 3 messages:
-
- Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them: Just as it says, there were corrupt system files, and the system scan was able to locate and repair them
- Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them: Bad news, there is something wrong enough with the system files, to the extent that the system scan was unable to automatically repair them for you; needs further attention from a PC technician
- Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations: Nothing wrong with the system files
- Reinstall Uneekor software

- Option B: Reinstall through Uneekor Launcher
- Navigate to the Settings menu (top-right) within Uneekor Launcher
- Enter the Advanced tab, and click Reinstall Launcher in the Tools section (bottom of page)

When proceeding with any reinstallation process, it is important to give it some time to complete, as the time it will take depends on the size of the update, your internet speed, and your system's performance. Once completed, attempt to run the software anew to see if the issue has been resolved.
