What should I do if Balance Optix® is not connecting to the software?
If the Balance Optix® mat is not connecting to Uneekor software, then follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Disconnect & reconnect the Balance Optix® mat's USB-power cable, from both the mat and PC/wall power adapter
- Disconnect & reconnect the Balance Optix® mat's Ethernet cable, from both the mat and PC, router, wall jack, or network switch
- Reinstall the Balance Optix® mat (Uneekor Launcher > Settings > Devices > Add a new device)
