Where can I view and manage my software subscriptions?

To view and manage your Uneekor software & subscriptions, visit my.uneekor.com and log in to your Uneekor account. Once signed in, click on the Inventory link in the top navigation menu. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the software & subscriptions associated with your account.

To purchase a new subscription, click on the Subscription link in the top navigation menu. From there, you should see Subscriptions and Add-Ons on the left navigation menu.

  • Subscriptions: Subscription packages (i.e., Pro Package, Champion Package, Ultimate Package, etc.) — includes access to specific Uneekor software, as well as the ability to connect to third-party golf software (third-party golf software license not included)
  • Add-Ons: Subscriptions for standalone software (i.e., GameDay), or add-ons to other software (i.e., AI Trainer for VIEW).

 

If you have an ongoing paid subscription, you can manage it by clicking the Manage button for that subscription, which includes the option to cancel the subscription's auto-renewal. As for subscription trials, you will see the option to upgrade the Ultimate Package trial (which comes with the launch monitor's registration) to a 1-year subscription of any software package; on the other hand, the 1-year trial of AI Trainer that comes with registering Swing Optix® cameras does not have an option for upgrading — you will need to wait until the end of the trial.
