Why is my launch monitor not detecting my golf balls?

  1. Reinstall the latest firmware or algorithm version for your launch monitor.
  2. Make sure you are using a mostly white golf ball (logos and markings/patterns are okay), since certain golf ball colors are difficult to read properly.
  3. Ensure the hitting area is a dark color, to provide contrast between it and the golf ball.
  4. Using the calibration screen in Uneekor Launcher, confirm there is distinct contrast between the golf ball and hitting area.
