What should I do if the Swing Optix® cameras aren't capturing videos?
If the Swing Optix® cameras are not capturing video, then double-check the following:
- Make sure they're connected properly: The cameras should be connected directly to the PC (no adapters, hubs, extension cables) via the USB cables provided. Also, for them to function at full capacity, they should be connected through USB 3.0 specifically (which either looks blue, red, or orange inside the port, or has the letters "SS" adjacent to it).
- Enable Swing Optix® capture for the software:
- VIEW: Navigate to the Swing page, open the configuration panel (top-right of the second camera pane), and open the Swing Optix tab.
- REFINE+ or REFINE: Navigate to Uneekor Launcher > Settings > Software, select REFINE+ or REFINE, and change the Swing Camera to Swing Optix.
- GameDay: Automatically configured; nothing needs to be changed.
- Reinstall the software: Navigate to Uneekor Launcher > Settings > Software, select the software that is not providing camera capture, and click Reinstall under the Updates section.
